Brewed Coffee Delights

Fresh brewed coffee, still hot, should be served
immediately.
Probably the most all time popular coffee drink
on the planet is one that enriches a standard
cup of coffee with that delicate taste of
steamed milk.
Feel free to vary the amounts of coffee and milk
proportions to suite personal tastes of yourself
or your guests. A nice change is to use 3/4
Coffee and 1/4 Milk, or even go half-and-half.
Café au Lait spikes with added Ground Nutmeg,
Cinnamon, or Cocoa make a lovely change.
Pour brewed coffee into cup.
Steam milk, then slowly, s-l;-o-w-l-yyyy add to
coffee so you carefully leave a foam layer on
top.
Sprinkle topping choice: nutmeg, chocolate or
cinnamon powder(s) onto foam as desired.
Serves 1
1 cup coffee and 1 cup milk for Variation |
